As a registered nurse with over 20 years of experience caring for new mothers and babies, I understand both the joys and the challenges that can arise after birth. My goal is to provide compassionate, personalized guidance that helps you feel confident and empowered.

Along with breastfeeding my own three children, I’ve supported families whose infants required specialized, intensive care and have spent several years teaching newborn care, breastfeeding, and pumping classes to help parents prepare for feeding at home and when returning to work.
